Self-love is an emotion that with continual practice will grow and strengthen like everything we put our minds to.

I had packets of self-confidence. I could happily walk into a room of strangers and strike up a conversation. I could happily dance on my own in the middle of a crowded room. I would build new friendships every day. However, my self-esteem was low. If your self esteem is low and your self confidence is high, then this creates a strong emotional imbalance.
